Snake's Terms & Conditions — Full Rules

Snake (snake.wine) is an online Sports Betting platform operated for bettors in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services on the snake platform. By registering, logging in, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Age & Identity

One Person, One Account

Each individual may only hold one Snake account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact Snake support immediately.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you.
• Your mobile number and email address must be active and belong to you.
• If you fail to respond to a verification request from snake within the specified timeframe, your account may be temporarily restricted.
• Accounts registered using fake or someone else's details will be permanently closed.

Deposit Rules

Snake supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. Please ensure you use the correct reference number when making a deposit, otherwise processing may be delayed.

Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party accounts are not accepted. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT and is typically processed within 5 minutes.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on Snake are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted. If you encounter any technical error during a transaction, contact Snake support immediately.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be restricted on unverified accounts.
• Snake does not charge any transaction fees, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Before withdrawing, you must place bets meeting the specified wagering multiplier. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to wager BDT 10,000 in total.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within its validity period — the bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or sections as designated.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Snake reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Bet Acceptance

Snake reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Snake may void that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is voided and your stake is refunded.
• In live betting, bets may be voided due to data errors related to scores or match status.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, Snake will investigate and take appropriate action.
• In the event of any dispute regarding results, Snake's decision shall be considered final.

Maximum Win Limit

Snake is committed to providing a fair and safe betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Fraud: Operating an account using false information, a fake identity, or any fraudulent means.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus requirements.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the Snake platform.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Match Fixing: Any form of match manipulation or use of insider information.
• Using Another Person's Account: Placing or managing bets on another person's account.

Snake reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, without giving a reason. Account suspension or closure may apply in the following circumstances:

• By violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify your identity or providing false information.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

To close your account yourself

If you wish to close your account, please contact Snake support. Make sure to withdraw all available funds before the account is closed.
